This role assists with ordering parts, maintaining accurate records, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, entry-level professional who is a team player, able to take direction, and thrive within well-established processes.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with purchasing commercial kitchen equipment parts, tools, and supplies\n\nCreate, process, and track purchase orders\n\nCommunicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status\n\nTrack and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery\n\nReceive and verify incoming shipments; resolve discrepancies or damaged items\n\nMaintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and vendor records\n\nSupport inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reordering\n\nCoordinate with service technicians and operations staff to prioritize urgent parts needs\n\nAssist with vendor setup, documentation, and invoice reconciliation\n\nPerform data entry with a high level of accuracy\n\nAssist with general administrative duties as needed to support the company’s success\n\nProvide administrative support to other departments, including dispatching, estimates, and customer care\n\nAssist with special projects and operational tasks as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma/GED or the equivalent \nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing \nKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the purchasing field. \nDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills \nAptitude to clarify assigned tasks and expectations and then work independently to complete assignments\nBenefits:\nTop pay for experience\nFull benefit package including medical, vision, and dental insurance\nPaid vacation, sick days and holidays\n401(k) retirement savings plan \nTech24 is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
