user needs with business objectives to make strategic product decisions\nConduct user research and use data to inform product strategy and design decisions\nDefine and prioritize features in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders\nAnalyze competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities\nDesign end-to-end user experiences including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs\nEstablish success metrics and measure product performance against business and user goals\nLead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders\nCommunicate product vision, strategy, and design decisions to diverse audiences\nMaintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency\nUse AI as an enablement tool to maximize productivity and delivery\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in product design with demonstrated impact on product success\nStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process and measurable business outcomes\nExpert proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and design systems\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)\nProven ability to collaborate with product managers on product strategy and roadmapping\nStrong business acumen and understanding of key product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion,
