Join us as we work together to redefine the world of software development.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of digital product initiatives for a veterinary health organization. You'll be deep in the day-to-day product work: writing user stories, owning and prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating across multiple engineering, product, and business teams to turn stakeholder needs into clear, actionable work for engineering.\n\nWe are looking for a generalist who understands a product end-to-end rather than owning one narrow feature area. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technical enough to understand integrations, APIs, and how interconnected systems communicate. Just as important, you'll want to get close to how the product is actually used in the wild, observing real user experiences and turning those insights into improvements, rather than managing everything from inside Jira. Clear communication is central to the job, since you'll regularly translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and keep everyone aligned on progress, risks, and dependencies.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead execution of assigned product initiatives from planning through implementation\n\nOwn the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, user needs, and technical dependencies\n\nWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and product documentation\n\nObserve how the product is used in real-world settings and turn those observations, along with stakeholder needs, into actionable work for engineering\n\nCoordinate across multiple engineering, design, product, and business teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities\n\nSupport product discovery, roadmap execution, and release planning for assigned products\n\nEvaluate technical solutions, third-party platforms, and system integrations, including how APIs and connected systems interact, to support product objectives\n\nManage delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives\n\nMonitor product performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data and user feedback\n\nCoordinate product releases, implementation activities, and post-launch validation\n\nTranslate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of product management processes and practices\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\n\n4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar technical product or program management role\n\nStrong, hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria\n\nProven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle\n\nExperience working with APIs, system integrations, third-party platforms, and interconnected systems (engineering background not required)\n\nAbility to understand and manage a product end-to-end across its systems and user workflows\n\nComfortable coordinating across multiple engineering, product, and business teams\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating between technical and non-technical audiences\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar\n\nBackground in
