We are looking for people with process, functional, data and technical expertise across the SAP HCM technologies in the support landscape. \n\nThe ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR support & enhancement projects in a functional, technical, data or reporting role.\n\nGeneral Requirements : \n\n- 5 - 15 years of SAP HR experience\n\n- Experience in at least one support project with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements and HR cases\n\n- Good understanding of product release management, and year-end activities (HRSPs, Time and Payroll calendars)\n\n- Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment, and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders\n\n- Experience in large/remote teams\n\n- Experience in Agile tools (Jira, etc.)\n\n- Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool is an advantage\n\nFunctional Responsibilities : \n\n- Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures\n\n- Enhance and maintain our business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics for end users\n\n- Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes\n\n- Understand optimization opportunities based on product roadmap, business challenges and innovation options\n\nSAP HR Process Expertise : \n\n- Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration)\n\n- Creation of Personnel Actions and writing Dynamic Actions\n\n- Creation of objects in OM\n\n- Understanding of reporting, Org to Org, Org to Pos etc.\n\n- Payroll & Benefits (On-premise & ECP) for US / Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Latin America or other countries\n\n- Generic knowledge of end to end payroll process\n\n- Expertise in writing PCRs in Payroll\n\n- Worked on year end activities and HRSPs\n\nNotes : \n\n- Candidate having Payroll or Time Management knowledge is expected to be expert in Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.\n\n- One candidate may have one skill is also good if not both (Payroll and Positive Time).\n\n- It is good if candidate with Payroll knowledge has knowledge and expertise of Benefits module else separate
