Bank, tax, benefits, and payroll-relevant information\n\n7. Hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational-change events\n\n- Map Employee Central data to SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll structures, including relevant infotypes, personnel actions, wage types, organizational objects, and cost centers.\n\n- Configure and monitor middleware integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI or the applicable integration framework.\n\n- Implement or Update Business Add-ins (BADIs) to support business requirements.\n\n- Analyze replication errors, interface failures, data inconsistencies, and rejected employee records.\n\n- Lead root-cause analysis across Employee Central, middleware, and S/4HANA Payroll.\n\n- Validate employee and organizational data after replication into S/4HANA.\n\n- Support payroll-relevant integration for :\n\n1. Time management\n\n2. Benefits\n\n3. Payroll control records\n\n4. Costing and Finance\n\n5. Banks and payment providers\n\n6. Third-party applications\n\n- Define technical specifications for enhancements, mappings, validations, and error-handling processes.\n\n- Lead unit, integration, regression, parallel, user acceptance, and payroll validation testing.\n\n- Perform data reconciliation between Employee Central and S/4HANA Payroll.\n\n- Support production incident resolution.\n\n- Maintain configuration workbooks, mapping documents, interface specifications, test scripts, and support procedures.\n\n- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration, Security, and technical development teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll.\n\n- Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication.\n\n- Strong understanding of :\n\na. Employee Central data model\n\nb. Employment and job information\n\nc. Effective-dated transactions\n\nd. Employee Central business rules and workflows\n\ne. SAP HCM personnel administration\n\nf. Infotypes and personnel actions\n\ng. Organizational management\n\nh.
