The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, developing, and enhancing IT Asset Management solutions covering hardware and software lifecycle management, license compliance, asset optimization, integrations, and CMDB governance.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.\nImplement end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, stockroom management, asset tracking, refresh, reclamation, and retirement.\nConfigure HAM Pro components such as Asset Models, Stockrooms, Asset Classes, Hardware Catalogues, and Asset Workspace.\nConfigure SAM Pro components including Software Models, Publishers, Entitlements, Contracts, License Metrics, and Reclamation Rules.\nManage software license reconciliation, compliance, optimization, true-ups, and audit support.\nIntegrate HAM Pro and SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, ensuring accurate asset-to-CI relationships and data quality.\nDevelop integrations with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, and other procurement/inventory systems.\nDevelop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub Spokes, and Transform Maps.\nBuild asset management dashboards, license compliance reports, and executive KPIs using ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics.\nSupport testing, troubleshooting, deployments, UAT, production releases, and hypercare activities.\nPrepare technical design documents, integration specifications, configuration workbooks, and support documentation.\n\nQualifications\n\n6–10 years of total IT experience.\n4–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM modules.\nPractical implementation experience in both HAM Pro and SAM Pro.\nStrong knowledge of hardware and software asset lifecycle management.\nExperience with CMDB, Discovery, asset reconciliation, and data normalization.\nStrong understanding of ITIL and IT Asset Management processes.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong ServiceNow development skills using: \nJavaScript and Glide APIs\nBusiness Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts\nFlow Designer and IntegrationHub\nREST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML\nMID Server and Transform Maps\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with
