The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow, UNIX Shell Scripting, BI Publisher, SOA integrations, OAF customization, and ADF. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while adhering to industry best practices and architectural standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, and implement Oracle FRICEW components, including Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.\n\n- Develop and optimize database objects using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow components.\n\n- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports to support business reporting and operational requirements.\n\n- Design, implement, and support SOA integrations between Oracle applications and external systems.\n\n- Perform Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations and Application Development Framework (ADF) development.\n\n- Develop and maintain UNIX Shell Scripts for automation, data processing, and application support.\n\n- Analyze business and technical requirements and independently derive effective, scalable solutions.\n\n- Understand application architecture, identify key architectural components, and provide technical direction for design, development, and systems integration.\n\n- Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and established development methodologies.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate resolutions.\n\n- Make timely technical decisions and solve problems efficiently to ensure smooth project implementation.\n\n- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.\n\n- Experience developing BI Publisher reports.\n\n- Knowledge of SOA integrations and web services.\n\n- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization and ADF.\n\n- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting.\n\n- Understanding of Oracle application architecture, customization, and systems integration.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nDesired Competencies:\n\n- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.\n\n- Strong technical decision-making
