We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Team Lead to coordinate and strengthen our global Lifecycle function, ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality build, deployment, and asset lifecycle services across every Techary location. \nThis role sits at the centre of our device lifecycle operation, spanning Orpington (UK), New Jersey (US), Amsterdam, and our upcoming Singapore office. You will be the day-to-day driving force behind consistent delivery, keeping builds on track, the team supported, and standards high across every site. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nGlobal build delivery & SLA ownership \nCoordinate day-to-day Lifecycle build activity across Orpington, New Jersey, Amsterdam, and Singapore, keeping work on track against SLA. \nSupport the streamlining of build processes for managed services and lifecycle customers, identifying and helping implement practical improvements. \nAct as the first point of escalation for build issues, unblocking the team and looping in your manager when needed.\nTeam leadership & development\nLine manage 2 current direct reports, providing regular coaching, day-to-day guidance, and performance support. \nHelp identify training needs and support the team in achieving relevant hardware fixing accreditations. \nCoordinate resourcing and workload across sites, flagging capacity or skills gaps to line manager. \nReporting, dashboards & customer visibility\nEnsure Lifecycle dashboards and reports are kept live, accurate, and visible for all customers. \nProvide regular SLA and performance updates to your line manager\nReverse logistics & warehouse operations\nEnsure the team completes reverse logistics triage requests within 10 working days of arrival at a Techary warehouse. \nMonitor warehouse throughput and flag bottlenecks or recurring issues. \nAutomation & continuous improvement\nReview and document all current customer build processes and time taken to look where they can be streamlined. \nFeed process improvement ideas up to your manager and support testing of new tools. \nCreation of a build server to automate manual customer builds \nAsset management\nSupport the team in maintaining accurate asset records, contributing to the wider adoption of asset management within the Lifecycle function. \nEnsure user, hardware and warranty information is captured \nBuild reports for upcoming warranty expirations for customers for a proactive refresh approach \nEssential Skills\nTechnical & operational experience \nStrong background in device build, deployment, and lifecycle management (Windows and macOS), ideally within an MSP or similarly fast-paced, multi-client environment. \nWorking knowledge of Asset Management Platforms, ITSM/ticketing tools, and remote deployment tooling (e.g. Intune, Autopilot, JAMF). \nDesired but not essential knowledge on e-waste/compliance processes. \nComfortable working with dashboards and reporting tools, with an eye for accuracy and consistency. \nLeadership & people skills \nExperience supervising, coaching, or mentoring junior technical staff. \nComfortable coordinating work across remote or international colleagues. \nClear, confident communicator, equally comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences. \nApproach \nHands-on and organised, with a genuine interest in making processes run more smoothly for the team and for customers. \nExposure to, or strong interest in, automation and process improvement within an IT operations context. \n\nBenefits\nAt Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face.\nEmployee benefits include:\n25 days leave per annum\nBirthday as an additional day's leave\nSupport for Professional Training (Microsoft, Cisco etc)\nPrivate Medical Insurance, including gym discounts, dentist and optical cashback schemes \nFree breakfast, snacks and drinks \nLunch provided Friday\nJob Type: Permanent\nEqual Opportunities & Diversity Policy\nTechary is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants.
