This role ensures business continuity during periods of absence (e.g. sickness or annual leave) and supports day to day operational accuracy by resolving issues quickly and efficiently.\nThis shared responsibility ensures that:\nNo single point of failure exists within the team.\nErrors are resolved quickly and efficiently.\nKnowledge is cross functional, supporting collaboration and resilience.\nThe ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can adapt to different areas to Sales Operation workflows, helping to maintain operational consistency and minimise business disruption.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities \nProcurement Support\nProcess purchase orders, track deliveries and manage returns/RMAs.\nAssist with supplier communications, invoice approvals and error resolution in order fulfilment.\nEscalate and resolve procurement or delivery issues impacting business operations.\nPartner Operations Support\nManage vendor/distributor portal access, logins, and troubleshooting.\nTrack and maintain rebate submissions, deal registrations, and certification compliance.\nSupport internal teams with partner program requirements, audits, and documentation.\nLogistics Support\nAssist with domestic and international shipment bookings, returns, and tracking.\nSupport compliance with customs and freight documentation.\nProvide cover for warehouse tasks (receiving, packing, labelling, inventory checks) when required.\nError Resolution & Coverage\nHelp on operational errors across procurement, partner, and logistics processes.\nTroubleshoot issues, investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.\nProvide reliable coverage for colleagues during sickness, annual leave, or high workload periods.\nMaintain clear handover notes and process documentation for smooth transitions.\nEssential Skills\n1-3 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, operations, or vendor/partner management.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve errors independently.\nExcellent organisation and multitasking ability to adapt across functions.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate across teams and external partners.\nProficiency with order processing systems, vendor portals, or shipping platforms preferred.\nStrengths & Values\n\nCollaboration - Coordinators work together to provide seamless cover across functions.\nFlexibility - Willingness to step into different workflows depending on team need.\nAccountability - Taking ownership of operational errors and ensuring continuity.\nKnowledge Sharing - Building cross functional understanding to strengthen the wider team.\n\nBenefits\nAt Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face.\nEmployee benefits include:\nBirthday as a free day holiday.\nPrivate healthcare \nProfessional training support\nSocial events run throughout the year.\nFree breakfast, snacks and drinks.\nLunch provided Friday.\nJob Type: Fixed Term Contract \nEqual Opportunities & Diversity Policy\nTechary is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants.
