Join TechBBQ as a volunteer and help connect the Nordic and Indian startup ecosystems through the Nordic-India Startup Summit (NISS) 2027.\nWe are looking for two proactive and organised volunteers to support stakeholder outreach, relationship coordination, and program activities. You will work closely with TechBBQ's Projects team and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in international collaboration and startup ecosystem engagement.\nYour Role\nYour primary focus will be coordinating outreach to commercial and ecosystem partners across India and the Nordics. As NISS 2027 approaches, your responsibilities will gradually shift towards program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and startup matchmaking.\nYour Responsibilities\nCoordinate email outreach to potential commercial partners, ecosystem organizations, and other stakeholders using TechBBQ's existing databases.\n\nManage contact information, outreach trackers, responses, and follow-ups using Google Sheets or Excel.\n\nIdentify interested contacts and coordinate introductions with relevant TechBBQ team members.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder coordination.\n\nSupport program planning, stakeholder follow-up, and event preparations as NISS 2027 approaches.\n\nAssist with matchmaking between participating startups and relevant Nordic investors, corporates, universities, and ecosystem organizations.\n\nContribute to social media, presentations, marketing materials, or digital outreach activities depending on your skills.\n\nThis is an outreach and project coordination role, not a sales or business development position.\nWe Are Looking for Someone Who\nHas strong written communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nIs proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for database management and tracking.\n\nIs proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\n\nHas preferably 3+ years of relevant work experience. Recent graduates with strong practical experience are also encouraged to apply.\n\nIs familiar with the Nordic working environment and interested in Nordic-India collaboration.\n\nWorks well independently and collaboratively across different teams.\n\nBrings additional skills in social media, marketing creatives, presentations, or digital tools such as mail merge.
