and connectors.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand source systems and downstream\n\ndata requirements.\nOptimize data ingestion processes for performance and cost efficiency.\n\nContribute to automation and deployment scripts using Python and cloud-native tools.\n\nStay updated with emerging data lake technologies such as Apache Hudi or Apache\n\nIceberg.Required Skills and Qualifications:\n5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.\n\nStrong experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Connect (sink and source\n\nconnectors).\nExperience with Debezium for change data capture (CDC) from RDBMS.\n\nProficiency in working with MySQL and PostgreSQL.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS S3, GCP BigQuery, and GCS.\n\nProficiency in Python for automation, data handling, and scripting.\n\nUnderstanding of data lake architectures and ingestion patterns.\n\nSolid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and observability practices.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nFamiliarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, etc.).\n\nExposure to
