You will move the platform to Java 17/21 and Tomcat 10/11, handle the javax.* to jakarta.* migration, and update Spring Security and SSO (SAML/OIDC/LDAP/AD) integrations. The role also covers Maven/Gradle dependency fixes, CI/CD and containerized deployments, and database migration validation. Clear documentation and knowledge transfer are a key part of this fully remote position.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n- Perform JasperReports Server upgrades from 6.x to 8/9/10 versions.\n\n- Migrate the platform to Java 17/21 and Tomcat 10/11, including the javax.* to jakarta.* transition.\n\n- Update and maintain Spring Security and SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC/LDAP/AD).\n\n- Manage Maven/Gradle builds and remediate dependencies.\n\n- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices, including containerization where applicable.\n\n- Carry out repository migration and validation using SQL and database skills.\n\n- Administer and develop on JasperReports Server / JasperSoft.\n\n- Produce clear technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JasperReports Server / JasperSoft administration and development.\n\n- Proven experience performing JasperReports Server version upgrades (6.x to 8/9/10 preferred).\n\n- Experience with Spring Security and SSO/SAML/OIDC/LDAP/AD integration.\n\n- Proficiency with Maven/Gradle build systems and dependency remediation.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices (containerization is a plus).\n\n- Strong SQL/database skills for repository migration and validation.\n\n- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and conduct knowledge
