A key requirement is the ability to take ownership of an existing platform with limited or undocumented knowledge.\n\nTotal Experience: 5-10 years\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Administer and support enterprise SaaS-based analytics platforms in a large-scale organizational environment.\n\n- Configure and maintain platform settings, users, access, data sources, integrations, and analytics capabilities.\n\n- Monitor platform health, availability, data quality, and integration status.\n\n- Troubleshoot platform, data, configuration, and integration-related issues.\n\n- Establish operational procedures and best practices for ongoing platform administration.\n\n- Work with Git and Azure DevOps data models to understand engineering and software delivery data.\n\n- Design, implement, and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and internal systems.\n\n- Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis.\n\n- Reverse-engineer platform configurations, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and operational processes.\n\n- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Data, Security, and business stakeholders to understand platform requirements and priorities.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SaaS Platform Administration, or related technical role.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs.\n\n- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of undocumented platforms.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nSkills\nSQL, Git, RESTful API, Data
