Graphic Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design eye-catching advertisements, promotional flyers, posters, banners and brochures.
• Create social media graphics and digital advertising content.
• Develop marketing artwork for product specials, seasonal promotions and campaigns.
• Design in-store promotional materials, signage and point-of-sale displays.
• Edit product images and create professional product-focused advertising layouts.
• Ensure all designs align with corporate identity and brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork in the required formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns within deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant Graphic Design qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 2-3 years' practical graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Proven experience designing promotional advertisements and social media content.
• Strong understanding of print and digital artwork requirements.
• Experience in retail, automotive or product-based advertising advantageous.
• Basic video editing, motion graphics or photography skills advantageous.
• A portfolio of previous design work is compulsory.

IMPORTANT - WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR

• Candidates with only theoretical graphic design knowledge and no practical experience.
• Designers whose experience is limited to website design or UX/UI.
• Candidates without a portfolio demonstrating advertising and promotional design capabilities.
• Individuals who struggle with deadlines or high-volume design requirements.
