About the Company Our client is a venture-backed platform for composable onchain investment products, founded in 2024 and backed by a Series A from leading fintech and crypto investors. It gives investors access to institutional strategies through regulatory-compliant tokenised products that offer full transparency, instant redemptions, and native composability across leading DeFi protocols.

The platform has powered multiple billions in asset issuance to date. The Role As Business Development Manager for APAC, you will help grow and run the company's distribution engine across the region. You will expand the reach of its tokenised products by establishing and scaling commercial relationships with the platforms that move institutional and retail crypto capital: exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintechs.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify new regional opportunities, manage partner relationships, and support integrations from first conversation through to launch. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone passionate about crypto who enjoys building relationships and wants to shape how strategic partnerships are built in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the pipeline: identify, engage, and qualify high-potential partners across exchanges, wallets, DeFi protocols, fintechs, and other distribution channels.
• Drive deals forward: manage the day-to-day progression of partnership opportunities, coordinating stakeholders and moving deals from first conversation to launch.
• Grow strategic relationships: support key partner accounts with clear communication and strong execution, deepening integrations and driving more TVL.
• Own CRM discipline: maintain accurate pipeline data and uphold high standards of CRM hygiene, reporting, and commercial planning.
• Represent partners internally: work with product, legal, marketing, and operations so launches run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Stay ahead of the market: track developments across crypto, DeFi, tokenisation, and competitors, and turn insight into actionable GTM ideas.
• Contribute to growth: bring forward new ideas and help execute initiatives that accelerate adoption, distribution, and TVL growth.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or growth, ideally within a high-growth crypto or fintech company.
• Strong interest in crypto and capital markets, with a solid understanding of stablecoins, DeFi, and tokenised assets.
• Proven commercial wins through revenue generation, business development initiatives, or account growth.
• High ambition, strong work ethic, and the drive to go the extra mile in a fast-moving startup.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to operate independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• An existing network in the APAC region and the crypto industry.
• Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English.
