Job Description\nJob Description\nResponsible for schedules and forecasts of project development.\nWork with relevant personnel to rectify any electrical/mechanical issues.\nInvolve in design works and make sure specifications are in line with Authority’s code of practice and requirement.\nLiaise, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure that schedule is on time as planned.\nPrepare method statement, risk assessment, construction drawing, catalogue submission, safe work procedure and all other documents as requested by site.\nPlan, manage and coordinate all site matters, ensuring compliance to Project specifications, regulations and schedules.\nTechnical specification review and recommend appropriate resolution.\nDirects, supervises and train technicians on engineering activities on site to meet all project requirements.\nActively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.\nCo-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.\nMonitor project cost activity to take actions on cost deviation.\nAttend and conduct of Factory Testing and Site Testing and Commissioning of system\nCollect all necessary accurate data and share information pertaining to project issues, budgets, and schedules in project meetings.\nPrepare progress report and project handover report.\nExecute other assigned tasks as delegated by immediate superior.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline\n3 years of working experience in construction
