Train & coach to help teams, initiative, and/or wider organization to apply evidence-based management (EBM)\nKey Relationships - Direct Manager\nDirector, Agile Transformation\nKey Relationships - Direct Reports\nN/A\nKey Relationships - Internal Stakeholders\nTeams in Transformation Office, Digital Office, and relevant departments, divisions in TCB\nKey Relationships - External Stakeholders\nPartners / vendors providing professional services\nSuccess Profile - Qualification and Experiences\n- Bachelor or higher degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Information technology or related disciplines.\n- Professional Scrum certificates, e.g., A-CSM or PSM II.
