# Accounting & Tax - Financial Analyst Development Program

As an Accounting & Tax Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the company's accounting and tax operations across local and offshore entities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and record daily journal entries in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures. Perform monthly closing activities, including account reconciliation, accruals, and preparation of supporting schedules. Prepare and submit monthly tax reports, including VAT (PPN), withholding tax (PPh), and other applicable tax filings for local entities. Support accounting and tax administration for offshore entities, including coordination with local advisors and relevant parties. Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized accounting documentation to ensure audit readiness. Assist in preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for statutory audits.
