production-grade systems at scale.\nDeep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including multi-account and multi-region architecture.\nProven mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation) and configuration management at scale.\nExtensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, or equivalent).\nStrong command of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments.\nDeep experience with observability i.e monitoring, logging, and tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).\nProven ability to design and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure infrastructure.\nExperience leading security governance: vulnerability management, access control, and compliance frameworks.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and the security considerations around code, logs, secrets, and automation access.\nStrong scripting/programming skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation and tooling.\nDemonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with incident management, on-call leadership, and post-mortem processes.\nGood communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.\nMid\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.\nSolid proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and core services (compute, networking, storage).\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,
