Partner with business leaders, Product, and Sales to strengthen brand awareness, support customer acquisition and product adoption, and deliver marketing initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners across multiple initiatives.\nThe Role\nMarketing strategy and stakeholder advisory: Understand the priorities of SQE and assigned businesses, and translate them into marketing plans, channel priorities, budgets, and agreed success measures.\nBrand positioning and messaging: Develop clear value propositions and consistent messaging for corporate, product, and partnership initiatives, tailored to relevant audiences.\nIntegrated campaigns and launches: Lead campaigns, product launches, events, and activations from concept development through execution and evaluation, using digital and conventional channels as appropriate.\nDigital marketing and performance: Plan and optimize website, search, paid media, social, and email initiatives to support awareness, qualified lead generation, and adoption.\nCorporate and brand communications: Develop content and coordinate announcements for business milestones, partnerships, and launches, including media relations support where required. Support employer branding and internal communications in partnership with HR and relevant stakeholders.\nPartnership marketing: Work with business development and external partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, activation plans, and supporting materials.\nDelivery and resource management: Manage concurrent priorities, campaign budgets, timelines, agencies, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.\nMeasurement and improvement: Track results against agreed objectives, translate insights into recommendations, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.\nRequirements\nMinimum seven years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, brand and communications, digital marketing, or related roles.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies and deliver initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders and projects, with the confidence to advise business leaders and align competing priorities.\nStrong capability in positioning, storytelling, content development, and presentation.\nWorking knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and lead generation, with hands-on depth in relevant areas.\nExperience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and campaign timelines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.\nComfortable operating as an individual contributor in a changing business environment.\nNice to have:\nTechnology, financial services, or B2B solutions.\nMarketing across multiple brands, products, or business units.\nPartnership marketing, corporate communications, or media relations.\nUse of AI tools to improve research, content development, and marketing
