minimize operational disruptions.\nCollaborate with Legal, Permit, CSR, and Mining Operations teams to ensure alignment on land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and external relations activities.\nMonitor land acquisition progress, stakeholder dynamics, and external issues while providing timely reports and recommendations to management to support operational continuity.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Agribusiness, Geography, Public Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in External Relations, Land Acquisition, Government Relations, or Community Relations, preferably in the mining industry.\nExperience in Nickel mining or mining operations in Sulawesi is highly preferred.\nGood understanding of land acquisition processes, land ownership verification, compensation mechanisms, and relevant Indonesian regulations.\nStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.\nFamiliarity with land mapping tools, WebGIS, or GIS applications is an advantage.\nWillingness to be based at the mine site and travel to surrounding communities as
