# External Relation & Land Acquisition Supervisor

Job Description: Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, government authorities, customary leaders, landowners, and other stakeholders to foster positive engagement and social acceptance of mining operations. Coordinate land identification, ownership verification, mapping, negotiation, compensation, and documentation processes to secure land access for mining operations and supporting infrastructure. Manage coordination with local government institutions and relevant authorities while ensuring external relations and land acquisition activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies. Identify, assess, and mitigate social risks, land disputes, and community conflicts through effective communication, negotiation, and grievance resolution to minimize operational disruptions. Collaborate with Legal, Permit, CSR, and Mining Operations teams to ensure alignment on land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and external relations activities. Monitor land acquisition progress, stakeholder dynamics, and external issues while providing timely reports and recommendations to management to support operational continuity.
