The Head of Internal Audit leads the organization’s audit function, providing independent assurance on risk management, governance, and internal control effectiveness. - Risk Assessment: Evaluate company-wide risks, identifying exposures and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the internal audit team, ensuring high-quality, professional audit execution.
- Compliance & Fraud Control: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, while designing anti-fraud controls.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external auditors and management to follow up on corrective actions.
