Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management\nLead strategic sourcing and vendor selection for major equipment, components, services, and operational requirements.\nDevelop and maintain a strong supplier ecosystem, including local and international suppliers.\nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, warranties, service levels, and long-term agreements.\nEstablish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to secure competitive pricing, capacity, and supply continuity.\nConduct supplier performance reviews and manage supplier risks and improvement plans.\n3. Cost Optimization\nDrive procurement savings and cost optimization across SUN's businesses.\nDevelop should-cost analysis, price benchmarking, and total-cost-of-ownership approaches.\nIdentify opportunities for standardization, volume consolidation, alternative sourcing, and strategic contracting.\nSupport the business in maintaining cost competitiveness as SUN scales its EV and energy operations.\n4. Operational Procurement\nEnsure timely procurement and availability of critical materials, equipment, spare parts, and services.\nPartner with Operations and Engineering to understand project and operational requirements.\nEstablish appropriate inventory and sourcing strategies for critical EV components and operational spare parts.\nProactively manage potential supply disruptions and develop contingency sourcing plans.\n5. Governance, Risk & Compliance\nStrengthen procurement controls, vendor governance, and segregation of duties.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, contracts, and applicable regulations.\nEstablish transparent vendor selection and evaluation mechanisms.\nIdentify and mitigate supplier, pricing, quality, delivery, and supply-chain risks.\n6.
