You will work closely with business leaders and factory teams to analyse issues, develop recommendations and deliver assigned workstreams.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis: Analyse revenue, margins and operational performance; reconcile data, validate assumptions and prepare business cases.\nGrowth Initiatives: Support pricing, product mix, customer and channel development, and launches alongside commercial teams.\nOperational Improvement: Work with factory teams to improve productivity and processes.\nProject Delivery: Own assigned workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, coordinating actions and tracking measurable results.\nStakeholder Engagement: Build relationships across functions, secure follow-through and communicate recommendations, progress and blockers clearly. \nRequirements\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations Management or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business improvement, strategy, operations, manufacturing or operational finance.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills, attention to accuracy and demonstrated ownership beyond analysis and reporting.\nManufacturing or operational exposure strongly preferred; experience supporting commercial initiatives is a plus.\nConsumer-sector experience, particularly food or FMCG, and previous working experience and/or work permit in Australia are advantages.\nClear communication, sound judgement and flexibility to adapt to different stakeholders and changing priorities\nIdeal Candidate\nAn agile, can-do, hands-on problem solver who combines analytical rigor with commercial curiosity and operational awareness.
