renewal, and closeout.\nSound understanding of contractual terms, commercial risk, legal requirements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.\nProven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, legal, and operational risks.\nExperience managing contract databases and producing accurate reports on contract status, volume, obligations, expiry dates, and risk exposure.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that contract documents and supporting records are complete, accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.\nFamiliarity with contract approval workflows, delegation-of-authority requirements, company policies, and document-control procedures.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nProficient in contract-management systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools, with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia
