recommend adoption where they meaningfully improve user experience or team efficiency.\nFormulate and enforce accessibility standards, usability guidelines, and design QA processes.\nLead user research initiatives, from strategy through synthesis to inform product and design direction.\nMentor and grow mid and junior designers through structured feedback, pairing, and career guidance.\nPlan and control design delivery milestones, proactively surfacing risks and coordinating resolution across teams.\nMid\nPlan and design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens that translate techniques relevant to the team's work.\nRequirements\n Senior\n5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a demonstrable portfolio of shipped, production-grade digital products at scale.\nDeep expertise in interaction design, visual design, and design systems across web and mobile platforms.\nProven mastery of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent), including component libraries and design tokens.\nExtensive experience conducting and synthesizing user research - usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.\nStrong command of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.\nDeep experience designing for complex, multi-platform product ecosystems with cross-functional dependencies.\nProven ability to build and govern scalable design systems and pattern libraries.\nExperience mentoring designers and leading design critiques or design-ops initiatives.\nDemonstrated ability to influence product strategy and communicate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.\nExperience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and ensure design fidelity in implementation.\nGood communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.\n Mid\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with at least one project delivered in a professional or academic setting.\nSolid proficiency in interaction design and visual design fundamentals, including typography, color, and layout.\nHands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent).\nBasic experience conducting usability testing or user interviews to validate design decisions.\nFamiliarity with responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile.\nUnderstanding of design systems and component-based design workflows.\nBasic awareness of accessibility principles and inclusive design guidelines.\nExperience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver features end to end.\nUnderstanding of design handoff practices, including specs, assets, and design QA with engineering.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with
