You’ll work with a portfolio of well-known beauty and skincare brand partners.\nBy taking on the hands-on, high-volume work, you’ll free up our marketing lead to focus on strategy, brand partners and growth channels. You’ll work in a GHL (Go High Level) based workflow that we’re building, so you’ll help shape how we work as well as follow it.\nWe expect you to be productive on listings and social within your first 30 days and running the weekly work independently by day 90.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nWebsites and e-commerce\nUpload and update products on the B2C Shopify site, including copy, images, prices, stock and collections\nCreate and maintain product listings and bundles, and fix duplicates and listing errors\nList monthly excess and clearance stock across the B2C site and TikTok Shop\nKeep brand pages on the corporate website current, adding new brands and removing those no longer in the portfolio\nSupport website SEO, product feeds and Google Merchant Center\nPrepare Amazon listing content\nDigital brochure (iPaper)\nUpdate the iPaper brochure with new launches and promotions, which is the most important part of the role\nManage the brochure day to day alongside colleagues\nPromote brochure updates through trade mailers\nSocial media and content\nDraft and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok using Social Pilot\nCreate and edit assets in Canva that follow company and partner-brand guidelines\nEdit short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels\nSupport the B2B LinkedIn presence, which is staff-led with plenty of company personality\nProduce launch and PR content, and retailer-win announcements\nCoordinate samples for creators and affiliates and track the content they post\nDraft the monthly B2B social and digital calendar\nEmail, SMS, WhatsApp and CRM\nBuild B2C campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, and B2B trade mailers in Mailchimp, from approved briefs\nCreate SMS and WhatsApp Business campaigns in GHL to drive sales\nDesign reusable email templates and build forms for trade account sign-ups, enquiries, sample requests, and event and training registrations\nMaintain lists and segments, and keep retailers and staff subscribed to mailers\nSupport GHL marketing automations such as trade emails, lead capture and follow-ups as they roll out\nLog marketing tasks, campaigns and results in GHL\nBrand asset management\nKeep an organised asset library for each partner brand, covering logos, packshots, lifestyle imagery, video and guidelines\nRequest and chase new assets from brand partners for launches and promotions\nRemove discontinued products and brands that have left the portfolio\nManage usage rights and version control, and share approved assets with the team and retailers\nRetailer support\nOptimise retail partners’ online stores, including product content, imagery, range gaps and listings\nCreate social assets that support our brands on retailers’ own channels\nSupply launch and promotion packs on request\nTraining materials\nCreate training brochures on brands and products for shop-floor staff, pharmacy teams and the internal sales team\nKeep training materials current with new launches and range changes\nSupport brand training sessions and webinars with materials and registrations\nReporting and admin\nPut together the monthly digital report (GA4, iPaper, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and TikTok Shop) for review\nPrepare brand reports on digital and sell-through performance for brand partner reviews\nTrack weekly KPIs and flag out-of-stock or underperforming listings\nMonitor the AI agents that respond to customer messages, reviews and cancellations\nScreen-record repeated processes for the company handbook\nWhat we’re looking for\nEssential\nFluent spoken and written English, with strong attention to detail for product data, pricing and copy\nConfident with Canva and basic short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)\nWorking knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and of using AI tools in content creation\nWell organised, comfortable working to a weekly checklist and in spreadsheets\nA genuine interest in beauty, skincare and retail trends\nDesirable\nShopify or TikTok Shop seller experience\nExperience building campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp\nGA4 basics, and experience with Go High Level or another CRM\nUsing Claude or other AI tools to draft copy and document processes\nA marketing or digital media
