wisely and keep up with Upwork's algorithm and best practices\nNegotiate scope, pricing, and timelines within company guidelines\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n1+ years of experience bidding on Upwork for an IT services company or agency\nA record of winning projects and building repeat client relationships\nExcellent written English and strong proposal-writing skills\nGood understanding of Upwork's bidding process, Connects, and job-matching\nBasic knowledge of web/app development, design, and digital marketing to scope projects realistically\nConfidence in negotiation and client communication\nFamiliarity with a CRM or lead-tracking tool (LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus)\n\nGood to Have\n\nExperience on other platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, or
