remain cool and effective in\n crisis.\nParticipate in reviews meetings and provide updates on project\n progress.\nEffectively manage the development resources and deliveries\n from the squad.\nDrive and review technical and architectural design, enforce\n architectural guidelines and challenge status quo.\nSkills Requirement\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Technology/\n Computer Science or Related Field.\n9-12 years of Functional and Technical experience in Temenos\n application platforms.\nDevelopment and functional experience with T24 and TAFJ R23 or\n higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-up.\nDeep understanding of the Private banking modules and Temenos\n Application Services framework to build robust solutions.\nImplementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing\n patterns, STP processes.\nAble to translate functional requirements to efficient and\n fit-for-purpose technical solutions.\nHands on experience with Temenos Integration & Interaction\n frameworks and Streaming solutions.\nFair understanding of the Application deployment architecture\n and Infrastructure.\nTechnical Skills\nTemenos R23 and higher, TAFJ R23 and higher and TAP.\nMulti-Company set-up and multi-app server set-up.\nExperience with T24 development on Cloud environments.\nExperience in Temenos Unit Test framework.\nIntegration framework, Outbox Event Streaming and Interaction\n framework (IRIS), MQ, JBOSS.\nSkills\nArchitect, Private Banking, Electrical, Architectural Design, Accounting, JIRA, Networking, Banking, Accounting Standards, Accounting Research, Writing Skills, Financial Reporting, Test Management","description_format":"text","description_chars":2849,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":9,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T17:56:20Z"}],"liveness":{"score":51,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.505,"p_room":1,"age_days":5,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:5","agency","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-27T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":169128,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/techedge-solution-senior-technical-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/techedge-solution-senior-technical-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T00:52:27Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":414,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4586,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
