Software Development & Architecture\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, ASP.NET Core, and C#.\nBuild secure RESTful APIs and microservices supporting enterprise-scale business operations.\nDesign and implement end-to-end workflows covering application, approval, renewal, and compliance monitoring.\nDevelop reusable frontend components and maintainable backend services.\nModernize legacy applications by migrating monolithic systems to microservices architecture.\nOptimize API performance, database queries, and application responsiveness.\n2. Technical Leadership & Collaboration\nCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.\nTranslate business and operational requirements into scalable software capabilities.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution planning.\nMentor junior developers and interns, promoting engineering best practices.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software development principles.\n3. AI-Assisted & Modern Development Practices\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate software development.\nApply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to improve requirement clarity and implementation quality.\nImplement Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing strategies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI-powered development workflows.\n4. Testing, Quality & Production Support:\nDevelop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.\nEnsure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.\nMonitor application performance and resolve technical bottlenecks.\nDeliver production fixes within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).\n5. Agile Delivery:\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nEstimate development efforts and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features within agreed timelines.\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.\nStrong experience in enterprise application development using the Microsoft technology stack. \nRequired Skills:\n12+ years of strong experience in enterprise application development using the Microsoft technology stack.\nExperience in financial services, investment platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise workflow automation.\nExperience working in large Agile development teams.\nStrong analytical, debugging, communication, and technical leadership skills.\nAbility to independently drive technical solutions from requirement analysis through production deployment\nKey Experience Areas:\nEnterprise workflow automation and compliance management systems.\nFinancial investment platforms, including SPV investment solutions.\nCloud and datacentre management platforms.\nMicroservices modernization and legacy application migration.\nKafka-based event-driven integrations.\nAI-assisted and specification-driven software engineering.\nSkills\nWorkflow Automation, MongoDB, ASP.NET Core, DevOps, AWS, Artificial
