Whether it’s addressing complex issues or turning innovation into reality, our commitment ensures that the best visions are fully realized, providing clients with comprehensive solutions that drive success.\nAbout the role\nYou will build and maintain ELT pipelines and a data lake on AWS, working with large data volumes and making sure data is reliable, well-structured, and ready for analytics.\nOur stack: Spark, Python, Athena, Redshift, Fivetran, Apache Iceberg,\nApache Airflow, Census, SageMaker, Glue DQDL, OpenLineage.\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nDesign, build, and maintain ELT pipelines to move and transform data\n\nDevelop and optimize data processing jobs with Spark and Python\nBuild and support data lake storage and data models on AWS (Athena, Redshift, Apache Iceberg)\nWork with relational databases (MSSQL and similar) as data sources\nSet up and support data ingestion with Fivetran\nEnsure data quality and lineage (Glue DQDL, OpenLineage), pipeline reliability, and performance\nCollaborate with engineers and stakeholders on the project\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise:\n\nStrong experience as a Data Engineer building ELT pipelines\nHands-on experience with AWS data services\nSolid Spark and Python skills\nExperience with relational databases (MSSQL or similar) and strong SQL\nExperience with data lake architectures\nExperience with Fivetran\nGood written and spoken English\nNice to have\nApache Airflow\nApache Iceberg\nExperience with Census, SageMaker, Glue DQDL or OpenLineage\nWhat you will love about Techery:\nOur technology-driven mindset - we leverage AI and innovative tools to meet our business needs and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape;\nYour growth matters - we offer compensated learning opportunities and an environment that fosters development.
