Reporting into the Director of Field Optimization and Quality, this position promotes quality standards, while actively driving process improvements to increase reliability, decrease overhead, and provide rapid escalation resolution ensuring compliance and integrity. This is a hands-on customer service position working with regionally local customers and subcontractor personnel. Work is primarily home-based with up to 75% travel required within the Southern OR Mid-Atlantic U.S. regions.\nResponsibilities\nManages field support personnel to ensure program performance requirements are met while providing customer service as the POC for issue resolution.\nServes as a liaison between Field Quality Director, customer, and airport stakeholders.\nEnsure consistent compliance to contract regulations.\nProvides support to field operations in achieving division goals while complying with regulatory requirements and driving improvements in airport operations.\nDevelops and fosters a philosophy of continuous improvement across the region.\nImplements and consistently promotes the philosophy that compliance in quality, safety, and training is essential to successful operations.\nWork closely and provide direct oversight to the OEM field team to audit the performance of CM and PM implementation, drive the PM schedule, and improve program performance.\nAnalyzes data for deviation from contract requirements while trending data for systemic issues and develop effective preventive actions.\nDemonstrates proficiency with maintenance ticketing systems and ability to monitor data quality compliance.\nPrepares, edits, and revises procedures and policies based on needed process improvements and/or changes in regulatory requirements.\nDrives communication up and down the organization. Builds relationships that support and encourage participation and innovation in creating problem-solving strategies that enable the region to meet contractual objectives. Prepare briefings and present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.\nConducts regularly scheduled meetings with customer management, stakeholders, and TechFlow quality staff to continuously develop, monitor, and evaluate progress.\nIdentify and nurture both cost savings and revenue opportunities.\nSelf-motivated with ability to perform effectively and accurately under pressure while demonstrating a strong desire to exceed expectations.\nMust possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.\n5+ years of experience managing field support personnel on a logistics, data analytics or similar program. \nExperience collecting, analyzing and organizing data to identify and drive preferred results.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent Communication Skills: Ability to exhibit clarity, confidence and accuracy when discussing projects and technologies.\nAbility to travel up to 75%\nAbility to attain Public Trust clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with TSA airport operations\nExperience involving contract management with multiple subcontractors while meeting specific SLA’s. \nPhysical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:\nMove about job sites, which may include uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, scaffolding, or elevated work areas\nStand, walk, bend, kneel, or climb for extended periods (e.g., up to 8 hours per shift)\nLift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds (e.g., inspection equipment, samples) (include only if it's an actual requirement)\nUse measuring tools, testing instruments, and inspection equipment\nSee and distinguish details needed to assess materials, welds, finishes, or documents (with corrective lenses or assistive tools as needed)\nCommunicate effectively in person, by phone, radio, and in writing\nWear required PPE, such as hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility clothing, and respirators where applicable\nAbout TechFlow\nFounded in 1995 at the start of the dot-com revolution, TechFlow helped large commercial clients such as Dreamworks, Toshiba, MGM, and others modernize their business systems.
