Our ideal candidate for the Plumber I position will possess the necessary qualifications and certifications, being licensed in specialized areas such as pipefitting, steam fitting, or sprinkler systems.\nSalary\n$50.21/ hr. plus employer paid health benefits and pension!\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and upgrade plumbing equipment\nPerform corrective and preventative maintenance on all plumbing related equipment\nInstall and/or repair various plumbing equipment such as water heaters, drinking fountains, toilets, sinks, etc.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nEssential Skills\nThorough knowledge of theory and methods, materials, tools, equipment and systems used in the trade\nThorough knowledge of applicable state and federal codes and regulations pertaining to the trade\nKnowledge of building architectural/structural elements including; alterations and repairs\nMust be able to read and understand blueprints as appropriate to trade\nAdaptable and flexible in work situations\nPrioritizes tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner\nPRACTICES WORKPLACE SAFETY in the use of tools, equipment, and supplies - Including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n3+ years’ plumbing experience in an industrial or commercial facilities maintenance environment\nCertification/licensed in pipefitting, steam fitting, or sprinkler systems\nMUST have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI Eligibility \nValid driver’s license compliant with REAL ID Act or willing and able to obtain one\nPass a pre-employment drug screening and background check\nU.
