However, you should understand architectural workflows, be comfortable with CAD and BIM tools, and have experience testing software.\nAs a Manual QA Specialist, you'll work closely with software engineers, designers, and product teams to ensure that innovative design applications are reliable, intuitive, and ready for real-world use.\nYour architectural knowledge will be particularly valuable in identifying problems that traditional software testers might overlook.\nWhat You'll Do\nTest innovative, AI-powered architectural design applications, identifying bugs, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.\nApply your knowledge of architectural workflows to evaluate how software performs in real-world scenarios.\nPerform exploratory testing, release verification, and post-deployment checks.\nInvestigate, reproduce, and document software issues clearly.\nDevelop and maintain manual test cases and testing plans.\nCollaborate with software engineers to improve product quality and identify opportunities for automated testing.\nParticipate in sprint planning, product discussions, and release readiness reviews.\nExplore AI tools to make software testing faster, smarter, and more effective.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential experience:\nAt least 2 years of experience in manual or exploratory software testing.\nA good understanding of architecture, engineering, or construction workflows.\nPractical familiarity with Rhino and Revit.\nExperience with Grasshopper or Dynamo.\nUnderstanding of CAD, BIM, and 3D modelling concepts.\nFamiliarity with web applications, particularly those built with React.\nAbility to investigate problems and communicate findings clearly.\nUnderstanding of Agile software development practices.\nBasic knowledge of software development environments, builds, and releases.\nExperience with issue-tracking tools such as GitLab.\nNice to Have:\nA degree or professional background in Architecture or a related discipline.\nExperience with browser-based 3D technologies such as Three.js or WebGL.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.\nAn interest in how artificial intelligence is
