Doing\nLead Technology Implementation\nManage the implementation of advanced AI-powered design software within architecture, engineering, and construction organisations.\nGuide customers through the entire implementation journey, from initial demonstrations and pilot projects to successful organisation-wide adoption.\nUnderstand existing BIM environments and design workflows, identifying opportunities for integration, automation, and improvement.\nConfigure solutions, develop templates, and create custom integrations to meet specific customer requirements.\nBecome a Trusted Technical Advisor\nWork closely with architects, engineers, BIM managers, and design technology teams to understand their challenges.\nDemonstrate software capabilities and explain how new technology can improve design processes.\nDeliver technical training, workshops, and presentations to users and senior stakeholders.\nDevelop onboarding resources, technical documentation, and practical guides to accelerate adoption.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.\nSolve Real-World Technical Challenges\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues involving BIM workflows, software integrations, and design environments.\nTroubleshoot complex problems independently, collaborating with software engineering teams when necessary.\nDevelop practical solutions using scripting, automation, APIs, and computational design tools.\nHelp customers optimise their workflows and get measurable value from the technology.\nInfluence Product Development\nAct as the technical voice of the customer, communicating insights and requirements to Product and Engineering teams.\nIdentify recurring challenges and opportunities for product improvements.\nContribute ideas that make the software more intuitive, powerful, and effective for AEC professionals.\nMeasure success through customer satisfaction, product adoption, and tangible improvements in design workflows.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nAdvanced Autodesk Revit expertise, including a strong understanding of BIM workflows and how design teams operate.\nPractical experience with at least some of the following: Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python, Revit API, or similar computational design technologies.\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing technical position, such as:\nBIM Manager or BIM Implementation Specialist\nDesign Technology Manager or Digital Practice Lead\nVDC Manager or VDC Technology Specialist\nBIM Consultant or Digital Transformation Consultant\nTechnical Implementation Consultant or Solutions Engineer\n\nExperience introducing, implementing, or supporting technology within architecture, engineering, or construction organisations.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with different levels of expertise.\nA proactive, consultative approach with a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.\nAI and Emerging Technology\nWe're particularly interested in professionals who actively explore how artificial intelligence can improve the AEC industry.\nYou should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and ideally have hands-on experience building AI agents, automating workflows, or developing AI-assisted solutions.\nWe're looking for someone who doesn't simply follow technology trends but
