full technology stack.\nBuild backend services, APIs, intuitive user interfaces and robust data models.\nTake ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, from initial design to production deployment.\nWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, monitoring tools and AI-assisted diagnostics.\nDevelop intelligent AI agents\nCreate AI agents that extend the capabilities of existing enterprise applications.\nIntegrate agents into a shared platform using established frameworks and SDKs.\nBuild secure, structured interactions between AI agents and application services.\nImplement agent registration, configuration and tenant-specific deployment capabilities.\nCollaborate with platform engineering teams to improve integration and extensibility.\nUse AI to accelerate software engineering\nWe believe the future of software engineering involves developers working effectively alongside AI.\nYou'll be encouraged to:\nUse AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools as part of your daily workflow.\nDelegate well-defined development tasks to autonomous or semi-autonomous coding agents.\nApply AI-assisted techniques to debugging, refactoring, testing and documentation.\nGenerate and maintain automated tests using AI-powered tools.\nCritically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.\nExperiment with emerging AI development tools and share successful practices with the team.\nAI can accelerate development, but engineering judgement and accountability remain essential.\nCollaborate and deliver\nWork closely with Product Managers, Quality Engineers and other Software Engineers.\nParticipate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.\nContribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport automated build, testing and deployment processes.\nShare knowledge and help less experienced engineers develop their skills.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSoftware engineering experience\nProfessional experience developing and delivering production-grade software.\nStrong backend development skills, ideally using C# and .NET, or another mainstream backend technology.\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.\nSolid understanding of relational databases, SQL and data modelling.\nExperience designing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure, containerisation and modern deployment practices.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.\nUnderstanding of software architecture, maintainability and performance.\nAI development experience\nPractical experience using AI coding assistants as part of your regular development workflow.\nAbility to guide AI coding agents through clear instructions, technical specifications and acceptance criteria.\nExperience reviewing, validating and improving AI-generated code.\nUnderstanding of AI agents, their integration patterns and how they interact with software applications.\nFamiliarity with plugin architectures, extensibility frameworks or SDK integrations.\nInterest in using AI to improve software quality, development speed and testing efficiency.\nYou don't need to have built an entire AI agent platform, but you should understand
