Reporting to the VP, Software Development, the ADM works in close collaboration with Software Architecture, Engineering, Design, and Implementation to ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, to specification, and within a healthy and high-performing team culture.\nAt TechInsights, we believe that great software starts with great people and great processes. You will foster a positive, productive work environment while championing innovation and technical excellence.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nLead and coach agile development teams in implementing Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies\nInvest in your team by championing AI adoption and supporting developers' continuing education and career growth\nFacilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives\nManage engineering processes ensuring timely, quality delivery within prescribed architecture\nParticipate in the refinement of epics and stories \nTrack and report on key metrics including velocity, cycle time, and team performance \nRemove impediments and facilitate cross-team coordination \nMentor team members on best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, cross-scrum feedback, and leading change initiatives in concert with peers\nInterface with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and requirements \nStay current with agile methodologies and software development trends \nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nRequired Qualifications\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field\n5+ years of experience in a similar Agile Development Manager role or managing people in a software development environment\nStrong working knowledge of software concepts, applications, and hands-on development experiencewith modern programming languages\nExperience with building technically integrated products, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices\nStrong understanding of SDLC and software architecture principles\nSkills & CompetenciesExcellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills\nExperience with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)\nProven ability to identify and mitigate inter-team dependencies in an Agile environment\nStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing concepts\nConflict resolution and change management abilities\nData-driven approach to performance management, with experience collecting and acting on team KPIs \nStrong critical thinking skills; able to recognize underlying issues and implications of decisions \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and persuade stakeholders across levels \nComfort with and enthusiasm for AI tool adoption in day-to-day work\nPreferred QualificationsAdvanced agile certifications (CSP, PSM II, SAFe) an asset\nExperience in semiconductor, hardware, or technical industries an asset\nLarge-scale platform or enterprise software development background\nExperience managing globally distributed teams and vendor partnerships\nAs part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
