The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plan for key semiconductor industry segments through a fully digital integrated marketing campaign. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing and deliver projects globally.\nYou will be responsible for budget management for their dedicated segments and will work with other marketing operations team members in digital production and marketing automation. This position is an onsite role, based out of our office in Ottawa.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nRecognize and analyze significant market trends to shape and guide marketing strategies.\nBuild and maintain an ongoing content engine to support digital campaigns.\nSelect the most appropriate marketing channels for each target segment.\nEnsure that sales and product teams are fully informed and engaged in marketing initiatives.\nCollaborate with the sales team and work across global programs to build and execute integrated marketing programs.\nManage and coordinate events in our core markets.\nDevelop and maintain a marketing plan, ensuring that programs are always on and planned at least two quarters in advance.\nProvide detailed tracking and reporting on the success of marketing programs, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.\nUse data-driven insights to make adjustments to the marketing plan and optimize campaigns for better results.\nEnsure that sales teams are effectively following up on opportunities created by marketing initiatives.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING \nA minimum of four to six years of practical experience in marketing.\nA Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.\nFamiliarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar platforms\nProficiency in creating and managing budgets.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nSkillful in tailoring messages and content to meet the specific needs of diverse markets.\nStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.\nDemonstrated capability in strategic thinking to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.\nA proven track record of collaborative teamwork and the ability to foster productive working relationships.\nAs part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information.
