About the Role
We're hiring a Marketing Lead for the Operations Team to own Corgi's marketing full time, from brand and content to every product launch.
Insurance is a category most people tune out. Your job is to make Corgi impossible to ignore. You'll set the marketing plan, run product launches end to end, and own how Corgi shows up everywhere: our site, social, video, events, and press. You'll work closely with our Motion Designers and Video Editors, giving creative direction and making sure what we ship looks and sounds like Corgi. You'll also work with engineering, ops, and leadership so launches land on time and tell the right story.
This role is based in our London office.
What You'll Do
- Own Corgi's marketing strategy and execution from day one.
- Plan and run product launches: positioning, messaging, timelines, assets, and distribution.
- Direct and work closely with Motion Designers and Video Editors on video, motion, and visual content.
- Run our channels (social, website, email, community) and grow our audience.
- Measure what works, cut what doesn't, and move fast.
- Use AI tooling to move faster than a team our size should be able to.

- Strong marketing fundamentals across brand, content, and launches.
- High ownership and relentless execution. You get things done.
- Great taste. You can tell good creative from mediocre and push the team to the better version.
- Clear, sharp writer who can turn complex products into simple stories.
- Comfortable being hands-on while also directing others.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years in marketing, ideally at a startup or fast-growing tech company.
- Track record of running product launches from start to finish.
- Experience working with designers, motion designers, and video editors.
- Very fluent with AI tooling.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or B2B is helpful but not required.
