LSA2 will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations tasks such as system maintenance and patching, server builds, troubleshooting, user management, performance monitoring, and other administrative tasks. The LSA2 will also serve as an escalation point for Level 1 System administrators (LSA1) on their team, for customer-facing operations centers. They may additionally be leveraged as additional hands for project tasks as needed.
