agendas, document decisions, and maintain action items and deadlines.\n\nMonitor project progress and provide concise status reports to the CTO.\n\nOrganize the CTO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow-up activities.\n\nAssist in preparing technical presentations, management reports, proposals, and internal documentation.\n\nTrack technical risks, operational issues, dependencies, and escalations.\n\nFollow up with team leaders to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.\n\nHelp document technical processes, system information, policies, and project requirements.\n\nSupport communication with customers, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.\n\nAssist with research and evaluation of technologies, tools, and service providers.\n\nHandle sensitive technical and business information with strict confidentiality.\n\nHelp improve reporting, communication, and operational processes within the technology organization.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nGood understanding of software development processes and technology terminology.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to manage several priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nStrong documentation and presentation skills.\n\nProficiency with productivity and project-management tools.\n\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience as a technical coordinator, project coordinator, product assistant, business analyst, executive assistant, or similar role.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or comparable tools.\n\nExperience working with software development, cloud infrastructure, AI, or SaaS teams.\n\nAbility to understand technical discussions and communicate their business impact clearly.\n\nGerman language skills would be considered an
