games, in particular:\nIterate gameplay features in close collaboration with animators and game designers.\nOwn and drive moment-to-moment gameplay mechanics.\nCreate and prototype new gameplay systems and related tools.\nDebug and optimize gameplay mechanics for performance, responsiveness, and stability.\nMentor and support other programmers by sharing best practices, reviewing code, and helping grow expertise within the team.\n 6+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on gameplay mechanics (3C’s) or systems.\nExcellent knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine.\nExperience with creating networked gameplay.\nStrong 3D math skills.\nExperience developing / maintaining large gameplay systems.\nAbility to profile and optimize code, with a focus on cross-platform performance.\nExperience working closely with designers and animators in a multidisciplinary environment.\nStrong understanding of game feel and what makes gameplay fun.\nAuthentic passion for games as well as knowledge of the latest titles and trends, especially in FPP games.\nExcellent organization and time management skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nVery good command of English.\nFamiliarity with version control systems.\nNice to have:\nExperience using GAS.\nAt least one Unreal Engine-based shipped AAA title developed from start to finish.\nComputer science
