This leadership role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who excels in quality management, employee development, process\nimprovement, and cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily operations of QC \nLead, coach, and develop Quality Technicians.\nEnsure accurate, timely product testing and documentation.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing and Technical Services to resolve quality and color issues.\nReview documentation required for product approval and release.\nPromote safety and conduct routine safety observations.\nReview production schedules and coordinate laboratory support.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.\nAssist with nonconformance investigations, special projects, and department budgeting.\nSupport cross-functional teamwork and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nFive (5) years of Quality Control experience OR two (2) years of Quality Supervision experience\nPreferred:\nManufacturing, plastics, polymer, or color concentrate experience\nPrevious laboratory leadership experience\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nLeadership and supervisory skills\nKnowledge of QMS, ISO 9001 standards\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing/ERP systems.\nSalary Range\n$75,000 - $90,000\nWhy Join Techmer PM\nJoin a company committed to quality, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
