The M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer plays a key role in the enterprise’s SharePoint and M365 Power Platform modernization efforts. This role is heavily focused on rebuilding legacy workflows, transforming outdated SharePoint Designer processes into modern Power Automate solutions, and converting existing applications into scalable, cloud-ready Power Apps. The engineer will design and implement custom automation through PowerShell, JavaScript, and SPFx, ensuring that enterprise customers can seamlessly transition from SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online (SPO).\nIn addition to workflow modernization, this role supports the redevelopment of custom UI components using SPFx and React, enhances data visualization through Power BI, and contributes to the redesign of user-facing and backend logic that powers business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in modern cloud ecosystems, collaborates effectively with customers, and can independently translate legacy functionality into secure, maintainable M365-native solutions.\nThe position would be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $115,700 - $125,000.
