Technica is seeking a Program Manager for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The PM shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this PWS. The PM shall facilitate Government and Contractor communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensure all tasks are accomplished. The PM shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes, excluding inherently Governmental functions.
