If a position becomes available that aligns with your qualifications, our recruitment team will contact you.\nTechnica Corporation is seeking a Services Task/ Strategy Support/ Cybersecurity Task Lead for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The Lead is responsible for providing high-level strategic, cybersecurity, and operational support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the directorate. This role is pivotal in driving the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives by developing robust strategies, overseeing detailed project planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the directorate. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT, cybersecurity, portfolio and project management.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives for DC3.\nDevelop, maintain, and align all IT enterprise strategic initiatives, including portfolio/acquisition strategies and roadmaps. Ensure all initiatives are synchronized with the DC3 mission and priorities. Adhere to all relevant cyber frameworks.\nMaintain, and execute DC3's enterprise IT architecture. Oversee the organization's cloud computing strategy. Manage the enterprise data strategy in full alignment with the DC3 mission.\nManage and provide governance for DC3 enterprise portfolios. Establish and maintain well-defined portfolio structures. Formalize all related processes. Implement clear reporting and communication mechanisms.\nOptimize the allocation of IT enterprise resources. Manage program dependencies through comprehensive, data-driven analysis. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform build/buy decisions.\nOversee delivery of regular cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate emerging threats.\nCoordinate internal and external security audits to validate the effectiveness of controls.\nLead crisis response efforts during major breaches, ensuring timely detection, containment, and recovery.\nThe position would be located at a government facility in Linthicum Heights, MD. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.\nRequirements\n Active TS/SCI clearance\nBachelor of Science (B.S.) from an accredited college or university in one of the following technical fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.\nEnsuring workforce attains and maintains appropriate DoD qualifications as defined in DoDI 8140.01- 8140.03:\nIT (Cyberspace)\nCybersecurity\nSoftware engineering\nData/AI\nCyber Enablers\nMinimum of five years of experience in the last 10 years in:\nBriefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.\nOverseeing personnel receiving, interpreting, planning, briefing, executing, and reporting on orders issued by:\nCommander of USCYBERCOM or one of their subordinate Commanders, and National Manager for National Security Systems or, Other authorized Commander with Command authority over DoW - managed systems and personnel. \nLeading and supervising teams in a government and private networking and infrastructure environment (classified and unclassified)\nLeading and supervising teams building, operating, securing, defending, and extending Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, including wireless components, firewalls, routing and switching, Internet Protocol version 6 (IPV6), VPN, cloud computing, virtualized servers, storage arrays, and other IT/data systems. \nLeading and supervising teams with unified communications, including the design, installation, maintenance, and administration of VTC system for multi-level classification environments (Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI)\nLeading and supervising teams running a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline utilizing modern approaches including containerization, micro-segmentation, Infrastructure as a Code, and managing ATO / cATO for several systems\nLeading and supervising teams planning and executing migration of legacy systems into multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments\nLeading and supervising personnel developing and implementing \"data lakes\" and other aspects of modern data strategies.\nOverview\nAbout Technica:\nAt Technica Corporation, our goal is to provide exceptional professional services and innovative technology solutions that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
