If the position becomes available and you meet the qualifications, our recruitment team will contact you.\nTechnica Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorking with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.\nDelivering professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.\nDraft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.\nLeading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.\nThe position would be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.\nRequirements\nActive Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.\n10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.\n4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.\n4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.\nDemonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.\nDesired\nIf don't have a Bachelor's degree, have an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline\nOverview\nAbout Technica:\nAt Technica Corporation, our goal is to provide exceptional professional services and innovative technology solutions that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
