experience in accounting, preferably including at least 5 years in an Accounting Manager or Chief Accountant position.\n· Previous experience in construction, contracting, or engineering companies.\n· Strong experience in construction accounting and project accounting.\n· Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and periodic financial reports.\n· Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets and cash flow forecasts.\n· Ability to monitor project costs, compare actual costs against budgets, and analyze variances.\n· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP and accounting systems preferred.\nStrong financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
