The Net Zero Teesside Power project is a flagship UK carbon capture and power generation development, supporting the UK's journey towards a lower-carbon future.\nRole Overview\nThe Construction Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction services activities across the project site, including the Temporary Site Facilities (TSF), project offices, warehouses installation and maintenance, welfare facilities, and associated support services. The role will ensure that site infrastructure, logistics, traffic management, facilities management, and support services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting construction operations and ensuring that all personnel, visitors, contractors, and suppliers can operate effectively within a safe and well-maintained site environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nConstruction Services & Site Infrastructure\nReports directly to the Construction Manager or its delegate\n\nSupervise the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Temporary Site Facilities (TSF), including welfare units, offices, parking areas, utilities, and ancillary facilities.\n\nCoordinate site services activities to ensure continuous support to construction operations.\n\nMonitor and manage site accommodation, office space allocation, storage facilities, and welfare provisions.\n\nEnsure site facilities remain compliant with project standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.\n\nCoordinate maintenance and repair activities for site infrastructure and equipment.\n\nWarehouse & Logistics Support\nSupervise warehouse operations and material storage areas.\n\nEnsure materials, consumables, and equipment are received, stored, and distributed efficiently.\n\nCoordinate with logistics, procurement, and construction teams to support project delivery requirements.\n\nMonitor housekeeping standards throughout warehouse and storage locations.\n\nSupport inventory management and material tracking processes.\n\nTraffic Management\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of the Site Traffic Management Plan.\n\nCoordinate vehicle movements, deliveries, and transportation activities across the site.\n\nMonitor compliance with designated traffic routes, pedestrian walkways, and exclusion zones.\n\nEnsure traffic management controls, signage, barriers, and access arrangements are maintained and effective.\n\nLiaise with logistics teams, security personnel, and contractors to minimise congestion and ensure safe site access.\n\nSite Operations Support\nCoordinate support services for construction teams and subcontractors.\n\nInterface with security, cleaning, waste management, catering, and facility service providers.\n\nMonitor contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets project standards.\n\nAssist in planning and coordinating site mobilisation and demobilisation activities.\n\nSupport emergency response planning and site contingency arrangements.\n\nHealth, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)\nPromote a strong safety culture aligned with Technip Energies' Life Saving Rules and project HSE requirements.\n\nConduct regular inspections of welfare facilities, offices, warehouses, access routes, and traffic management arrangements.\n\nParticipate in safety observations, audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.\n\nEnsure all construction services activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and risk assessments.\n\nIdentify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.\n\nStakeholder Management\nLiaise effectively with construction teams, subcontractors, client representatives, and support service providers.\n\nAttend coordination meetings and provide updates on construction services activities.\n\nSupport the resolution of operational issues affecting site facilities and logistics.\n\nMaintain accurate records, reports, inspections, and service performance metrics.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nExperience in a Construction Services, Site Facilities, Site Coordination, or Supervisory role on major construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong understanding of construction site operations and temporary facilities management.\n\nExperience supervising contractors and service providers.\n\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and site services management.\n\nFamiliarity with traffic management arrangements and site logistics planning.\n\nStrong communication and organisational skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nValid UK driving licence.\n\nDesirable\nExperience working on large EPC, energy, power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or carbon capture projects.\n\nSSSTS, SMSTS, or equivalent supervisory qualification.\n\nFirst Aid qualification.\n\nNEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.\n\nExperience working within a live construction environment with multiple contractors.\n\nKey
